ISP Tracker features, agent or service questions

We now see your replacement agent online and will swap it back to your subscription. The ID will change back to 130151.

Thanks for the information

If you do not want that agent but installed the software, just uninstall the software. Just keep in mind that a software or hardware agent has it's own reports. They are associated together. Meaning when you create a new software agent for example, you also install the software on the PC you want to monitor from. They are associated. The software is running on your PC, monitoring that local Internet connection and its reports are the agent that you created. BTW, every page has an 'About this page' link which contains helpful information about what ever the page is. Check those out to get some help understanding the features.

I'm not sure if you've already done this since this post was not updated but the latest version is now; SCRIPT_VERSION="2023-1-26_1050_Phoenix_TZ And you can download it here; https://downloads.echonets.com/scripts/starter.sh Just kill the otm process (as explained above) if it's running, then start over using the new version of the starter. The starter itself will now tell you when there is a new version.

You got it! Thank you very much. Great customer service!

Thank you. If you would like a copy of my receipt, please let me know.

Hi, Is this resolved now?

And thank you for reporting the problem!

That seems possible. A future update could add motion sensing so that if the device disconnected from the Internet, a snapshot could be taken or a series.

You're welcome.

@scotthay Perfect! Sorry for any problem that this glitch has caused

Fair enough. I can get the same functionality by configuring your email notifications to use [phone number]@[carrier's email].com. Just wanted to make sure I was seeing everything I was supposed to. Appreciate the response.

After 3 emails have been sent out the system automatically disable that option to avoid sending too much of them That value has been set based on the past experiences we had with other customers There is a chance we will re-evaluate how that is working for consumers (enterprise user have a different setting)

This question just happened to come in as we were working on some email related things. Adding this took all of a few minutes and is already in production. Thank you for the suggestion.

BTW, we now have subscriptions that automatically renew and have lowered the price since this post.

Thanks for the update. Glad it's working now.

@jjuly Great, thank you for the update and for using OutagesIO! Please let others know whenever possible because Google favors deep pocket advertisers that prefer you would not find a solution like ours.
