Yellow Box reboots
-
First of all, at 3 am UTC the agent is rebooting automatically to check updates and/or changes in the logic of the agent itself.
Not sure why you have it at 4 am; hope there is not a mismatch in the timezone: please check the configure "Address and Geo Location" in case the timezone is not correct.
On the other hand I don't see the 9 am "usual" disconnection but I do see a high amount of outages you had in the last month and for what I see they are all associated to the LAN port.
If possible, I will need to understand a bit more how the agent is connected (please don't share Public IPs) to the ISP to see if the problem is in how the agents "understands" where is physically connected to the outside world.

I need to investigate a bit more since I do see something weird for your agent but time is not what you mention: it is always 3am and 8am
So even if i see that the geo location is correct, both address and timezone, I really dont know why your report is 1 hour off

Let me rephrase my previous answer.
The agent is sending info in UTC and all the data I have about reboots and/or outages/disconnections are correct.
My doubts are:- why do I see another reboot at 8:15 (my task to identify it)
- why you have in your application (not our dashboard) the time shifted one hour later (no idea and I ask you to check that)
