To be more precise I dont understand why in this image you have time shifted one hour later.

Do you keep seeing same time also for yesterday and today i.e. 04:00 and 09:15 ?

I am checking all my settings. Does the switch on the side of the box matter what position it is in? As long as it's normal to reboot around this time, that's okay. It is rebooting about 3/4 times

Please confirm you only see one reboot at 3:00 am (or 4:00 am as per your application)
Remember it takes almost 1 minute to complete the scheduled full reboot at that time
