I moved my software agent to another network and used the "Reset" option in the dashboard.
I got an error about "SQL referential integrity constraint violated". When I refreshed my agent list the agent was totally gone! I had a 30 day premium plan on this agent so I would like it back.Agent id was 128191. Can you help?
