I have a very basic residential setup. One cable modem (Spectrum) and one wireless router. I enrolled in OutagesIO online monitoring to see what info it could provide on the many short outages I am experiencing. Well, the monitoring is very active! I am finding many outages of 10 sec to 2.5 minutes that seem to be grouped in the morning and then early afternoon, daily. The outage is sometimes preceded by a period of noticeably slower internet speed. Spectrum says "not me!" of course.

My question is this: when the monitoring identifies "Provider" as being the location of the outage, does that include the modem, or is the modem considered part of the local network? Thank you.

        Hi,

To properly answer this, could you share your agent ID so I can take a look first.
