No wifi config option on wifi device

From here we can see that the agent is stopping the wired and activating the wireless, just wondering if something else is happening at your site.
I thought the wireless provider was different from the wired, but just my assumption

I see. No. We have just one provider, Cogent. We did configure that device for wireless and it remained active for a while after we initially configured it, but then went into the "rebooting" mode.
