    I have been unable to find a way to reset the 'Outages cumulative stats' data. I moved the hardware agent to another site and want to start data collection from zero.

      Hi,

      Do you mean fully reset the agent stats or only the one section called;

      https://app.outagesio.com/agent/stats/id/xxxxx (xxxxx being your agent ID).

      You don't need to reset anything, just create a new software agent with the new location info. The report you have for the current agent will eventually get removed after a few months.

        @outagesio_support.

        The only option I see is to create a new software agent.
        I have a hardware agent that I am trying to move to another facility to monitor internet service there. The agent appears to be working but is adding data to that of the previous site. I'd like to start data collection anew.

        Please advise.

          Got it.

          We can reset the hardware agent which would put it in a re-activation state as if brand new again.

          That would zero out all of its stats and you would use the activation email to start over.

          Note that in this case, all previous data would be completely lost however.
          If that's ok, I just need the agent ID and can go ahead.

            OK.
            Please reset hardware agent 128575.
            It would be great if I could accomplish this myself.
            Showing logs/stats to an internet service provider and having to explain that some of the data pre-dates the period in question is very awkward and gives them reason to question the process.

            Thanks--

              I forgot but we do offer that. It's under manage and then reset.
              I've already done it for you and it should be completely clear of old data now.

              Can you confirm with me that everything is ok now once you look.
