How does one cancel service?

For other site visitors, this product was fantastic when I needed it as a home residential person using it to prove to xfinitity / comcast that the issue was on their side and not mine.
As I am no longer with them I've also had no more internet issues even reflected on this site.
How does one actively cancel their subscription?

Following up, can I please get help in regards to this, I don't want to have to go to my payment source.

Hi,
Our apologies for this, the site is not sending notifications so we'll look into that.
Members can cancel any time by visiting their Paypal account and cancelling.
The other option is to send the Paypal subscription ID and agent ID to support asking to cancel and they can do it for you. -
