I thought subscription is for AAccount rather than Agent Please Cancel

I was unaware that purchasing a subscription is only for a single "Agent" rather than for an "Account" (meaning all agents within that account) and would like to cancel my subscription. My subscription is apparently only for Agent ID 131484. It was only created a few minutes ago. Please cancel this subscription and refund my purchase price. THANK YOU.

Yes, it is per agent.
Unfortunately, there are costs in offering this service yet we keep our prices as low as possible.
Imagine as you keep adding agents, each of those is generating lots of data for you, which has to be stored and manipulated to give you honest results.
On the back end, people are constantly improving the service which also costs. We could not keep up if you had dozens and only one fee. Hope you understand.That said, you can also use it at no cost if you don't need all the bells and whistles.
You can cancel using Paypal or give me the subscription ID and I can do it for you.

BTW, I gave you 30 days free anyhow so you can at least get an idea of the value. Extended offers an awful lot of features.
You can also pick the monthly rate and only upgrade certain agents, and you can manage up to 10 agents/locations I believe it is.
