First and foremost, I am having difficulty using the same credentials between support.outagesio.com and my account on app.outagesio.com; they do not sync between changes.
I originally submitted this topic to support@outages.io and the email bounced. So, I am back to running different credentials between both portals to post here.
I noticed last week that my yellow box was stuck in reboot status. I waited 24 hours to see if the device would clear, it did not. I then discovered that my device would not power on. I used a different, known good power supply and the unit would still not power on or boot.
Can you send me a replacement device?

Hi, can you provide the agent ID please so we can have a look.
Once I know that, I can also check to see why your identical account might not have been created on this site.Also, I just tested sending an email to support@outages.io and received it. Not sure what might have caused yours to bounce but does happen now and then.

Hi Ed, the device is working now and powers-up just fine. Thanks for your help... dunno why it's working now. I tried two different power supplies on two different network locations at my site since last night; all is well now. I do not know why the device was stuck in reboot mode for at least two days sometime after March 13. Many Thanks.

One thing that might help, can you use a 2amp power supply, just to be safe.
