Hi, I just received my 2.5Gbps hardware, inserted the included cable to its 2.5Gbps WAN port and connected to our switch. It received an IP address, but I cannot activate it. I am getting this error: "Agent is offline, cannot proceed with activation! Please ensure that your hardware agent is connected to the Internet before activating!" I read the instructions again, and I read "Unbox your device and connect its LAN port to a free DHCP enabled port on your router/modem". I had doubts so I called Support, and the support confirmed that I should connect it to the LAN PORT . So I went and connected to its LAN port, and true indeed, it created a network loop, so it was blocked by our Spanning Tree Protocol. Can you please help me on this? What port should I really use? How can I activate it? Thank you
