HW Abandoned and Disconnected after multiple tries of firmware update

Hi,
I've tried to do firmware update for my 3 HWs. I was able to fix 1, but the other 2 remains abandoned and disconnected. I also tried to reset it, but to no avail. It should not be blocked by our network since the other one is able to connect. Can you help me on this?
