Agent disconected

Hi, just received an agent disconet email:
"Disconnected Notification
Agent ID 131365 in time zone America/Mexico_City, installed at , Komchen running software version 1.85.2504.
This agent has become disconnected, no longer communicating since 2025-11-03 21:30:51. This could be indicative of an outage or that the agent has been disabled or disconnected. If there is an outage in progress, details will be shown in your dashboard once the agent is able to send its report."If the agent got disconected since yesterday evening, why am I receiving this just now?
I have checked the hardware and it is everything working ok, even unplug it and started it back again, and continues been disconected?
Internet is working properly.Please what should I do now?

Having the same issue, all my Agents are showing disconnected at this moment, but all are able to be pinged internally, looks like the issue started sometime yesterday afternoon, as they were online yesterday morning.

Hi,
Apologies for the confusion. We've been working on allowing SMS for everyone and there is a bug that sometimes prevents notifications from being sent. It's something we're aware of and working on.
It should be fine now.

You are experiencing two different problems:- first the SMS bug we are in the process of fixing
- there is an error in the communication of your HW agent as well as @StanWeaver is experiencing
We are working on this second issue to understand what is causing it

The second problem was an SSL certificate that didn't get renewed in time. Automated things sometimes break when other companies change things. It's fixed too now.
