speed test stopped working

I tried to replicate your installation and what I see is that Speed Tests are coming in correctly.
I also saw that last time the speed test went thru was on July 25 at 3am
Can you give me some details of if something has changed around that time in your connectivity since pings are coming in without any trouble and also hops are which means there are no limitations at your site.
One last thing did you also try to reboot the PC where this agent has been installed?
