    Hello,
    my first agent was installed on an Raspberry Pi 3 witch ID 131115. After the installation i paid for a monthly rate.
    Now I bougt an Pi 5 and installed on it an new agent with the files otm.service and agentid.
    I get an new ID 131131 and the information "Your agent is communicating correctly, and ready to be licensed".
    I dont wont pai for a new ID. I use future only the Pi 5 Agent.

    Dear service, please delete the ID 131115 and allow to use my license furter with the new ID 131131.

      Hi,

      Because these are subscriptions using Paypal for example, you simply go to Paypal and cancel the one you don't want.

      Then from the dashboard of the one you do want, you can then subscribe for that one.

      If it's only within a few days or a week, a refund for the previous is typically given so long as you make it clear here the agent IDs as you have.

      So, just let us know when you do that and that will solve this issue.
