Easy to recognize name.

Is there a way to replace the Agent ID in the email notifications with the agent nickname? It would make notifications more coherent and easier to recognize which agent is the problem.

This question just happened to come in as we were working on some email related things. Adding this took all of a few minutes and is already in production.
