    Hello,

I would like to add an additional GL-MT300N-V2 device to our network. It's been a couple of years since we set up the two devices we have and I do not remember the process.

From what I have been reading, I should connect a wired ethernet cable to the WAN port on the device? I've tried this and nothing shows up in the portal.

Could someone help me out with this?

    Thanks and regards,

    Stephan

      Hi,

I'm sorry we didn't see this. Updates seem to break notifications now and then.

Can you provide a little more information. For example, I assume you already have the hardware agents? If so, can you share the ID of them or the one you're wanting to get online.

      Regards,
