Added upload and latency to speed testing - hardware agent

Our (yellow, V2) hardware agent has been updated to our newest firmware.
The new agent adds a lot of new features and one of those is the addition of upload speeds and latency during speed testing along with the usual download speed.
For those that didn't get the update due to missing email, we also reached out to you using a gmail account. If you check there, you'll find instructions on how to get your agent back online and running the new firmware.
