So, since you already have email alerts, they can be converted into text messages simply. My carrier is Verizon, and if my phone number were 123-456-7890, then to send a text to my phone, I would simply send an email to <a href="mailto:1234567890@vtext.com" rel="nofollow ugc">1234567890@vtext.com</a>. This will then be sent to my phone as a text, and my text reply will be sent back as an email—just an FYI for those interested. Cheers.</p>

<p dir="auto">You'll notice your agent is in pre-staging status.<br />
Pre-staging status means the agent is ready to be licensed using a subscription. Once you've done that all of the features will be enabled rather than the free reports showing now.</p>
<p dir="auto">Pre-staging is to ensure that your agent is ready to license so that you're not paying for an agent that is not communicating properly yet.</p>
<p dir="auto">SMS is for Enterprise members but it will be added for OutagesIO members as well, just not sure about when right now.</p>
