I have a paid subscription and I'm able to enable the email notification. I have a hardware module. Could this be a configuration issue on the server end of things? Thanks

I can get the same functionality by configuring your email notifications to use [phone number]@[carrier's email].com. Just wanted to make sure I was seeing everything I was supposed to. Appreciate the response.

SMS was an option for our enterprise members only but it shows up because offering it to Extended reports members was being considered. SMS have an additional cost of a penny per SMS since there is a cost for the service as well to offer this.

It could be added if there was enough interest and would have to go in the list of things to do.
