<![CDATA[Missing Activation Code]]>I can see the mac address is printed on the device, but I don't see an activation code and I haven't received any email with one. Also, should the mac address contain colons when I enter it?

I re-sent the email in case you don't have it. Check your spam folder depending on whom your email is provided by. Some email services are way too aggressive. Then be sure to whitelist the outagesio.com email otherwise, you'll miss the next ones too.
